Design have been an essential part of the society since decades and designers are believed to be the true intellectuals of the future. IDI (Inframe Design Institute), the design alchemy, endowed and wielded by a group of artist themselves founded back in 2013 is the only exceptional gateway into the sphere of design in the heart of SUNCITY.
IDI is about an enduring jaunt that we started couple years back in the coliseum of art & design with an agenda of having an ace institution in our city in the field of design and creating aliveness among the young aspirants about careers in design. We initiated with finite resources and brains and now we are immeasurable & extensive in the design meadow.
We here integrate mentors from the field of art & design to counsel the students in the field of design and enroot a sight of artist in them. We are much more focused on the qualitative study, our commitments in the field of design and the aspects of design which can enhance the level of intelligence in our students and we are in pursuit of attainments.
About CEPT
CEPT - Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University is a premier academic institute located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. CEPT is offering a number of undergraduate & postgraduate programmes in areas of natural & developed environment of human society & related disciplines. Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology ( CEPT ) was established in the year 1962 by The Ahmedabad Education Society ( AES ). With the grant-in-aid from Government of Gujarat, the School Of Architecture ( SA ) was started. In 1972, the School of Planning (SP) was established with financial support from Government of India (MHRD), Government of Gujarat & Ford Foundation. School of Building Science and Technology ( SBST )and School of Interior Design (SID) were established in 1982 & 1991 respectively with grant-in-aid from Government of Gujarat. In 1994, a separate trust & a society CEPT Society was formed.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for applications:
A candidate must have passed Standard XII (10+2) or its equivalent Examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum aggregate score of 50% marks for all subjects and 45% for SC/ST/SEBC category from Gujarat Board, other State Boards, CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/ISB/IB.
OR
Candidate must have passed Diploma 10+3 pattern of any stream with subject of Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks from Technical Examination Board of Gujarat or other state or from a university established under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 are also eligible for admission to B.Arch. course
OR
International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination
Note:
Additionally the student will have to meet the minimum qualifying marks and the minimum cutoff marks in various portions of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) test as per Council of Architecture.
