Under this course, you will learn to create the visual effects and animation featured in video games, movies and TV shows, as well as on websites. Created from computer software programs, 2-D or 3-D animations are used to replicate the features and movements of people, animals, places and things to tell a story or advertise a product.

     A blend of entertainment industry and technology, it is concerned with design, drawing, layout and production of graphically rich and attractive multimedia clips.

• You will learn the fundamentals of animation design, creation of creative visual effects.
• Create a visual script consisting of drawings on paper for the animation sequence, with key scenes and characters.
• Write storyline to match the animation images and develop storyboard for the main theme in the animation.
• Digitally scan animated objects, view and manipulate in three dimensions.
• Use computer programs to create graphic images and animation.
• Introduce illusion of movement, as the power of motion is animation.
• Introduce light, color, texture, shadow and transparency
• Create visual effect for movies, games, ads etc.
• You can use artistic flare to the fullest and leave your own creative stamp which is immediately apparent in the final animation.
